Hi, I’m Caitlin!

In 2010 I stumbled upon a FAM book at a thrift store, bought it for 10 cents, started charting my cycles, and my life was forever changed for the better. I’m so happy to pass on this gift to you and help YOU become the person who knows your body best so you can have a lifetime of cycle understanding and hormone-free contraception through Fertility Awareness!

I especially enjoy helping my students in the areas of natural birth control, healing menstrual pain, and teen cycle health.

I am also a girls’ coming of age mentor and teens’ holistic sex educator. I absolutely love to teach menstrual cycle education to girls ages 9 – 14, as well as teen cycle health education and support to girls and parents.

As a musical theater actress, I’m warm, geeky, funny, and upbeat. My performing arts background definitely infuses into my teaching about fertility and cycles! I strive to bring beauty, humor, fun, and sass to my FAM offerings and to make the information as simple and user-friendly as possible.
