As a lifelong dancer, I have a deep love and respect for the sophistication of our bodies. I believe we can feel empowered by our bodies – even our cycles. To me, there is nothing more rewarding than seeing a client fall in love with their body and overcome adversity.

I live in a rural cohousing community in a coastal town in Western Canada and I spend my spare time doing what I can to support this housing cooperative that I call home. I am passionate about the sharing economy and the environment and as an Aquarius I love philosophical conversations!
