Hi! I’m Sarah and I decided to make the switch to fertility awareness after a decade on the pill and a few abnormal pap smears/invasive tests left me concerned about my future fertility and ready for more natural options. I’ve been using fertility awareness to successfully prevent pregnancy for the past 8 years, minus the time my husband and I planned to get pregnant and made our now almost 5-year-old. I am an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, FEMM certified Fertility Awareness Method Educator, and trained Woman’s Circle Facilitator who seeks to shift how menstruators move through the world. I love to sing, spend time in the kitchen, feel most like myself when I’m outside, and can’t turn down coconut shrimp.
