After learning to chart in 2009, I’ve become passionate about celebrating our cyclical design as women. While our initial time together lasts six cycles, it is my desire to be able to assist clients throughout the remainder of their reproductive lifetime. To that end, I offer either symptothermal or cervical mucus-only method instruction for flexibility through the multiple seasons of life and a diversity of cycle presentations.

While I primarily teach traditional BBT use, as a Tempdrop Group Facebook admin, I am also very familiar with the nuances unique to charting with a Tempdrop wearable thermometer. I believe finding community in charting is incredibly valuable, and I admin the FAM Support Group and the SymptoPro Fertility Charting groups on Facebook.

On any given day you can find me binging on audiobooks and nerding out over brewing the perfect cup of craft coffee.
