I am a registered nurse with Certified Practice in the province of British Columbia, Canada. I hold a Master’s degree and have worked in the areas of primary care, adolescent health, and mental health. I love being a nurse and helping women learn more about their bodies.

I teach the FEMM method of fertility awareness. My particular areas of interest include charting for hormone health, body literacy, and charting for the evaluation of infertility and recurrent miscarriage.
