My name is Janneke Aronson, founder of Cycle to Cycle. I have a dream and a mission: freedom of choice for all people with a uterus when it comes to contraception. And that freedom of choice starts with knowledge about your own body. Knowledge that should be self-evident, but unfortunately isn’t for many.
Cycle to Cycle stands for cyclical living, which repeats itself every month. How can you live in harmony with your cycle (instead of against it), how can you prevent pregnancy without artificial hormones, or how can you, on the other hand, increase your chances of getting pregnant? As a certified sensiplan® educator with 17+ years of personal experience, I guide you through this process.
Gaining more knowledge about your cycle will also give you a better understanding of certain emotional patterns. Have you ever wondered why you sometimes feel on top of the world one day and at rock bottom the next? When you learn to speak the language of your cycle and hormones, things may suddenly start to click.
In my courses, I find it important to create a safe, inclusive atmosphere with plenty of room for humor: learning about your cycle (perhaps together with a partner) is not difficult or complicated — it’s actually incredibly fun. It’s also beautiful to see couples grow closer through the course, turning it into something you experience together: learning about each other’s bodies.
Embrace your cycle and start working wíth her.
In addition, I work as an art educator for children and young people. I love being outdoors, hiking in the mountains, and foraging in the wild — my biggest hobby.
