I’m Maco Muskus, a fertility awareness educator specializing in the symptothermal method, symptohormonal and cervical mucus.

My journey into fertility awareness began after facing my own challenges in achieving pregnancy and realizing how little we are taught about our reproductive health. After months of self-directed research and charting, I discovered the EFER School—a secular training program covering various fertility methods—where I completed my training in 2024 and became an educator.

I am passionate about empowering individuals to manage their cycles autonomously, whether they are trying to conceive or prevent pregnancy.

My vision is a world where women are fully awakened to their bodies, embracing their cycles and hormones with confidence. A world where they reclaim control over their reproductive autonomy.
