Hello! My name is Emily and I am currently in practicum with Fertility Knowledge Collective to become a certified Fertility Awareness Method (FAM) Educator. I’ve taken a special interest in FAM as I believe every person with a cycling body deserves to know what’s really going on with their hormones and what phase of their cycle they’re in. I bring an open mind and relaxing atmosphere where we can discuss all your goals with learning FAM.

I have been successfully charting my own menstrual cycle for over 2 years. Whether you’re trying to conceive (TTC), trying to avoid pregnancy (TTA), or just looking to gain health insights into your body (TTW), I can help you do that! I work with cyclers from all walks of life (postpartum, regular cycles, perimenopause, etc).

Outside of FAM, I work as a Geoscientist, am married, and a mom of 2 inseparable cats. I enjoy running, writing and learning new ideas. Let’s work together to learn your cycle 😊.
