We believe that body literacy – the ability to read your body by observing, recording and interpreting bodily signs associated with the menstrual cycle – is a fundamental and deeply affirming life skill.
In everything we do, we seek to support people to develop an understanding of their bodies and menstrual cycles that will enhance their wellbeing and last a lifetime irrespective of any charting practices or tools they may choose.
As a team who know first-hand the joys and challenges of reading our bodies, we’re empathetic and approachable. We’re passionate about what we’re building while remaining humble and curious, always learning and iterating, open to suggestions and ideas for improvement.
