I’m a Midwestern mama of five and wife to a mountain man from Colorado. I am a registered nurse with a national certification in pediatrics. Currently, you can find me practicing nursing as a Marquette Model Natural Family Planning instructor. When I’m not homeschooling or teaching NFP, I love to travel, write, and host dinner parties. After years of being on hormonal birth control and not understanding my body at all, I’m grateful for the opportunity to work with women/couples to help them discover the power of body literacy and holistic health.
