This is a beautiful app. Quick and easy to use, detailed and complete, customisable to be as simple as you want it to be, and organises your information in a few different ways so you can read it however is most helpful for you and your personal health goals. You can export your Read Your Body charts as images to share with your healthcare provider, to inform discussions with them about your menstrual cycles and overall health.
