I entered the world of body literacy and herbalism after experiencing unexplainable, prolonged bleeding after having a copper IUD for 2 years. Through my connection with my body, the moon, and plant medicines, I was able to find balance with my cycle again.

I provide quality body literacy education using gender expansive language to all who are curious to learn. I identify as a queer, genderfluid being. I have been a student to plant medicines since 2014 and offer a holistic approach to wellness. I am of Mexican and English lineages and allow my ancestral work to guide my conviction that all bodies deserve access to comprehensive education to inform their reproductive choices.
