Hi there!

I support individuals and couples navigating fertility and chronic health challenges through Fertility Awareness Method (FAM) education, life coaching, and somatic healing. I also teach FAM to those seeking natural contraception, restoring cycle health after hormonal contraceptives and to cultivate a deeper connection with their cycles and body.

Aside from being a Fertility Awareness Educator, I’m also a Healing Arts Practitioner offering somatic healing, trauma-informed life coaching & astrology consultations.
