I work as a Holistic Reproductive Health Practitioner and Fertility Awareness educator because it´s my greatest passion to bring body literacy and informed choices to people. I´m running my own fertility channel in swedish, share lots of great information on Hormonal health and Fertility on fb and Instagram and feature on pods and interviews in swedish channels for health and fertility. I run my FA courses teaching the Justisse method and Sensiplan. Teaching cycles in circles makes sense to me and I enjoy the depth it creates and the vulnerability it brings to meet and share in the circle. I love dancing, hiking, skiing, spending time with my family and friends!
