I’m Kristina, the Founder of Femme Fertility- a team of nurses providing Marquette Method NFP instruction. I feel strongly that body literacy is every woman’s right. I want women, men, and couples to make informed decisions about their health, to know how destructive hormonal contraceptives can be, and feel empowered by the use of a healthy and effective alternative that gives women bodily autonomy and insight into their overall health.

I discovered Marquette Method NFP by word of mouth during the confusing postpartum transition after my first child was born. I loved the fact that it was objective, backed by research, taught only by licensed healthcare professionals, and over 98% effective at avoiding pregnancy.

It has been such a relief to have confidence as we continue to grow our family and I would be honored to help you understand and optimize your reproductive health. After earning my Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Franciscan University, I practiced as an RN primarily in the ICU. Originally from CA, but have lived in TN, MA, KS, & WA.
