I am a certified Fertility Awareness Educator, a Holistic Reproductive Health Practitioner, a pharmacist (Ph.D.), a trained Dutch hormone test provider and an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach. So, along with teaching fertility awareness, my great passion is offering reproductive health consultations and coaching for various conditions such as infertility, PCOS, endometriosis, PMS, PMDD, perimenopause and menopause etc. alongside with or separately from teaching fertility awareness. I also teach about the effects of the menstrual cycle on the whole body and, of course, body literacy.
