I am a Natural Family Planning (NFP) instructor trained in the Marquette Method and the Sympto-Thermal Method (STM). I assist women in monitoring their natural biomarkers using the clear blue fertility monitor, Mira monitor, LH test strips, mucus tracking, or temperature tracking in various situations, including regular and irregular cycles, postpartum amenorrhea, chemo-induced menopause, and perimenopause. My goal is to help individuals optimize their fertility health by suggesting lifestyle changes, supplements, and stress management techniques while thoroughly analyzing their menstrual cycles and natural biomarkers.

I hold a State of Michigan RN license and have previously worked in a Women’s Health and Fertility Care Center focused on restorative health through NaPro and FEMM practices.

I offer NFP services billed to your medical insurance through My Catholic Doctor (if applicable) or self-pay membership-based through Whole Mission, mmnfp.com/grandrapids.
