I’m a Holistic Reproductive Health Practitioner living in Cape Town, South Africa. I work with women and couples – online and in person – to reach their goals of improving their body literacy, monitoring their health, and learning an effective method for natural conception or contraception. I teach the Justisse Method, a symptothermal method of fertility awareness, and I specialise in helping women understand their cycles and connect with their bodies after coming off hormonal contraception.

When I’m not empowering women about their menstrual cycle and reproductive health, I manage an online holistic training education academy focused on wellbeing & sports performance.
