Hello!

I spent years of my life with no idea about how my body and cycle worked. When I discovered Fertility awareness my life changed! I was introduced to a wide range of information that I would have loved was taught to me at a very early age. This is the reason I became an educator, to help women understand their hormonal cycle so they can feel safe and healthy.

I’m a mom of 2, also a graphic designer, I love to cook and take walks in nature, go to the beach and be with family and friends.
