I am a graduate of Justisse College International, certified as a Holistic Reproductive Health Practitioner and Fertility Awareness Educator. I have a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree and my background is working as a Registered Nurse in the Operating Room and Surgical Quality Improvement. I came across fertility awareness by accident in 2018 and it changed my life, like I know it has changed so many others. I was shocked how little I learned about women’s health through my nursing degree and in knowing the importance of informed consent, it has fueled a passion in me to pursue teaching fertility awareness. I live in the beautiful West Kootenays of British Columbia, Canada with my husband, two dogs, rambunctious three year old son and newborn daughter. In my spare time you can find me lounging in my hammock, reading, listening to music or trying to find my coffee (that’s usually forgotten in the microwave). I love a good “dad joke” and sunny days.
