I am a certified Fertility Awareness Educator and Justisse Holistic Reproductive Health Practitioner. I have a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree and my background is working as a Registered Nurse in the Operating Room and Surgical Quality Improvement. I came across fertility awareness by accident in 2018 and it changed my life. I was shocked how little I learned about women’s health through my nursing degree and in knowing the importance of informed consent, it has fueled a passion in me to pursue teaching fertility awareness.

I live in the beautiful West Kootenays of British Columbia, Canada with my husband, and two children. I love to read novels, listen to music and dabble in different art projects.
