I’m a Natural Fertility coach certified in the Sympto-Thermal double check method. I am accredited with Natural Fertility New Zealand and am passionate about equipping people to understand their fertility and achieve their fertility goals naturally.

My journey looking for a natural fertility method led me to the Sympto-Thermal method and I have never looked back. After my own frustration at finding good information on fertility awareness methods, I trained in natural fertility education out of a desire to make natural fertility methods more accessible to others. I have a simple and structured approach that is easy to follow and tailored to your experience and knowledge of natural fertility. No prior experience of natural fertility is required.

I value a natural approach to understanding fertility and overall well-being. I’m also a music teacher, cyclist, and keen hiker in New Zealand’s beautiful mountain ranges.

I work with women and couples wishing to conceive, avoid conceiving, or wanting to learn more about their fertility and menstrual cycle. I offer a standard course of 3x individual appointments to learn the method with ongoing support over your first year.
