I’m a certified menstrual health educator, counselor, and FemTech consultant. I help women understand their bodies through an integrative lens that bridges the ancestral and the modern.
I’m the founder of Havva Fem, where I guide women in reconnecting with their bodies through a holistic, science-based approach that blends cycle-tracking technology with natural wisdom. My work supports women in understanding their cycles, optimizing hormonal health, and making informed decisions about birth control, fertility, energy, and overall well-being.
My approach goes beyond traditional fertility awareness/natural family planning methods, integrating advanced hormone-monitoring tools to provide real-time, data-driven insights. I live with adenomyosis, bringing a deeply personal dimension to my work. I support women across different life stages, including those navigating complex hormonal conditions such as polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), endometriosis/adenomyosis, Type 1 diabetes, and perimenopause.
In addition to my educational work, I’m a B2B Clinical and Sales Consultant at Mira, an at-home urine-based hormone mini-lab. I collaborate directly with healthcare providers and wellness practitioners to integrate AI-powered hormone tracking into clinical and wellness settings, bridging the gap between conventional medicine and personalized, at-home solutions.
Bilingual in English and Spanish, I’m passionate about expanding access to hormonal health education for Hispanic women in the United States and helping bring cutting-edge FemTech solutions to Spanish-speaking communities.
