Ivy Wild Wellness LLC was built out of life experience.

All of the services I offer originally came into my life because of a need I found in them. The way yoga, reiki and the fertility awareness method (FAM) have all changed my life is a gift I want to share with others.

As these gifts came into my life as solutions to personal difficulties – I am a strong believer that everything happens for a reason and I am meant to share these gifts with others. As a result, I quit my corporate job in 2023 to dedicate my time to yoga, reiki and FAM full time.

I use yoga and reiki to support my Fertility Awareness instruction to create a whole mind, body + spirit approach to help you #reclaimyourinnerwisdom
