Hi! 👋🏼

My name is Elly-Ann and I am a recently certified FAM educator with NFPTA UK. I am one of only 2 qualified instructors here in the little island of Jersey, and want to make myself and FAM known!

I have been using FAM personally for 4 years and began learning to teach clients back in 2021. I discovered my passion for FAM following a year of difficulty whilst on hormonal birth control (HBC), and have never looked back. I have had an interest in the topics of women’s health, sexuality and relationships since long before and even themed my university dissertation around it.

My teaching is open to anyone, anywhere via remote video call sessions and e-mail correspondence. I also have an Instagram account – @love.your.cycle – where I talk more about specific subjects, share content that I like and update you on my own charting experience.

I market my teaching mainly as an alternative to conventional contraception, including those who have had a bad experience with HBC (like myself), as well as those who have never used it. However, I will never discourage anyone from using the method that suits them best, conventional or otherwise.

I really want to spread the word of FAM here in Jersey, and hope that I can encourage as many people as I can to Love their Cycle! 💗
