Hi, I’m Julie and I am a fertility awareness educator and therapist licensed in the state of Massachusetts. My FAM journey started after hearing the words “your period should not be painful” and these continue to be the words that guide me in both my professional and personal goals. I specialize in supporting people with irregular cycles and painful periods, as well as depression, anxiety, and trauma histories. Fertility awareness offers such an incredible opportunity to tune into your body, and I love supporting the people I work with in gaining connection and a loving, respectful relationship with themselves.
