My name is Giulia, I’m Italian and I’m a Fertility Awareness educator in practicum.

I’ve always been interested in health and natural lifestyle, ending up living in the Portuguese countryside surrounded by plants and animals.

When I discovered the Sympto-Thermal method, it quickly became my biggest passion, allowing me to avoid pregnancy naturally since 2022.

I’m here to empower women through Fertility Awareness and help them feel connected to their bodies + natural rhythms.

I live between Italy and Portugal, but offer online support to women alone or in couples.
