I am a midwife and fertility awareness educator who can help you learn to understand the information your body is giving you about your health and well-being each month through your menstrual cycle. I approach health and wellness from a holistic, natural perspective and believe that nutrition and lifestyle changes are often all our bodies need for optimal wellness.

Trainee in Lisa Hendrickson-Jack (of Fertility Friday)’s Fertility Awareness Mastery Mentorship (FAMM) program. This is a comprehensive fertility awareness training program that teaches complex chart interpretation and step-by-step protocols for holistic hormonal health management.
