I believe that fertility awareness is a birth right, everyone deserves to know their body and how it works. Fertility awareness and body literacy is empowering and gives people the possibility to make informed decisions.

I teach from a person-centred and holistic perspective. Meeting you where you are, as you are. I look at multiple factors that can affect your health and menstrual cycle, both physical and non-physical.
