I am a master’s prepared nurse with a passion for women’s health and fertility education. I’m completing my Nurse Practitioner degree and have been teaching fertility charting since 2019. Coming from a holistic medical background, I appreciate the integration of science and new technology the Marquette Method has to offer and believe every woman and couple deserves to understand how they are “fearfully and wonderfully made” (Psalm 139:14).

I teach online group Marriage Preparation courses that are archdiocesan approved for the Catholic church’s NFP marriage prep requirement. I’ve also created a self-paced online course that teaches how to chart using the Marquette Method in both regular cycles as well as postpartum. I’ve helped hundreds of couples navigate charting with mucus, hormones, temperature, LH strips, and quantitative monitors. From PCOS to perimenopause, postpartum, and regular cycles I enjoy educating across the female lifespan. Courses always come with a year of access to ask questions so no one feels in the dark. I feel it is a privilege to empower women and couples with the knowledge of their fertility, leaving you with clarity, confidence, and competence.
