Hi! My name is Theresa Nelson and I’m an occupational therapist licensed in North Carolina and a Marquette Method NFP Instructor! I teach a sympto-hormonal method of fertility awareness to focuses on the use of urinary hormones with the aid of the Clearblue Fertility Monitor or Mira Analyzer to help couples determine their fertile window and avoid or achieve pregnancy.

Marquette can be used with or without the aid of other biomarkers such as mucus or temperature. I love helping helping women in all reproductive stages from regular cycles to perimenopause, but I’m especially passionate about helping women through their breastfeeding transition after giving birth.

I’ve been personally using Marquette for over 12 years and love the evidence-based approach Marquette takes. It’s a very easy method to use with objective data collected and minimal subjective interpretation. I also use the RYB app myself and love how customizable it is. I’m excited to introduce my clients to the app. I teach clients virtually both locally and worldwide (I am EST) on Googlemeets.
