I’m a UK-based independent Fertility Awareness Method (FAM) educator, working alongside my women’s health and fertility nutrition clinic to help women understand their cycles with more clarity and confidence.

I support clients to chart their cycles for health insight and conception, using fertility awareness tools such as cervical mucus observations, basal body temperature (BBT), and LH testing where helpful.

I have a particular passion for supporting women with PCOS, where cycles are often long, irregular or unpredictable. TTC in this context in particular can feel confusing and uncertain, so my focus is on helping women track their cycles, identify their fertile window, and understand the signs their body is giving them.

Alongside FAM, I offer nutrition, lifestyle and supplement support, with health coaching to help manage PCOS and optimise fertility. This two-pronged approach allows us to work both with the cycle you have now, while also supporting the underlying drivers of PCOS over time.

I’ve been charting my own cycles for over 10 years and have PCOS myself, which brings a deep personal understanding to my work, having seen how my own cycle has changed with the right support. Alongside this, I’m always continuing my learning so my approach stays thoughtful, supportive and grounded in evidence.

I started as an independent educator to complement my women’s health and fertility nutrition clinic. I am mostly self-taught in FAM, following my own personal charting history over the last 10 years and personal coaching with FAM educators.

I have utilised many resources, learning materials, and webinars over the years to aid my learning – including referencing the Sensiplan handbook, FertilityUK resources and downloads, The Comprehensive Guide to Fertility Awareness textbook for health professionals.

I am due to commence the NFPTA certification later this year to further my knowledge in more complex charting cases and receive additional mentorship. As FAM is a complement to my fertility nutrition practice, rarely complex cases or questions arise that may fall outside my expertise, however if a client is seeking FAM-only support, then a referral to a suitable educator is made.
