Hello charting sisters and siblings!
I’m a science-loving, data-junkie, home-microscope-wielding, body-enthusiast. I’m also a mystery-accepting, holistically-oriented, free-thinking, intuition-valuing, uniqueness-circumstance-appreciating, life-long-learner on the wise woman path.
Together we will grow your understanding of the science (the anatomy and endocrinology as well as the evidence-based data for how we know what we know about fertility signs in our bodies). In this deeper understanding, we can nurture your trust and confidence, and respond to your body and circumstances. Beyond knowing what the guidelines for contraception are and how to apply them, I want you to come away knowing what they mean and why they work.
I offer “quick consult sessions” (30mins for $30USD on the Maven App), in addition to workshops and consultation packages. I find charters have a need for someone to talk to for quick answers and time-sensitive chart interpretations, and sometimes simply a big dose of reassurance. And I wanted to offer, shorter (and therefore cheaper) sessions to connect more easily with an experienced charting mentor.
I look forward to a time when fertility awareness is taught to everyone in adolescence; once again is kitchen table knowledge shared by aunties and grandmothers. In the meantime, I’m here to be your charting back-up, question support, co-celebrator-of-your-complete-charts, cycle-charting-community-building sounding board, and fountain of reassurance.
