I’ve been a sexual health educator my entire career and when I discovered fertility awareness I fell in love with it and knew I had to teach it to people like you! I am a Holistic Reproductive Health Practitioner with training from the Justisse College, and I also have a Masters degree in sexual health education. My training includes holistic hormone balancing, birth control education, STIs, sexual function/dysfunction, counselling skills, medical education, and of course fertility awareness education for pregnancy planning and natural birth control.
