Passionate researcher and experimenter of body wisdom, awareness and movement practices, of permaculture and ecology, I found in Fertility Awareness the meeting point between all of these.

I love to support people in their journey of fertility, particularly around conscious contraception, coming off hormonal birth control, vital cycles through the whole fertile spectrum, conception education and support.

My current main research interest is pleasure, energy levels + breathing and somatic practices oriented towards the sexual and reproductive organs.

I am offering Fertility Awareness Education in Italian and workshops around Europe (mainly in English, although I also speak German, French and Spanish).
