I trained and certified in a double-check Symptothermal Method with the Natural Family Planning Teachers’ Association and followed that up by training and certifying in the Billings Ovulation Method to deepen my understanding of complicated cycles and the science behind cervical mucus.
I offer personalized one-on-one fertility awareness education as well as group classes, both in-person and online. I also offer health support through single consultations and extended programs; focusing on lifestyle, functional lab testing, and herbal support. Currently certifying as a Master Clinical Herbalist, I help you find the best herb and supplement options for your situation through providing personalized formulas or referring to reputable brands and retailers.
