I am a Certified SymptoPro Instructor, passionate about teaching couples and women to track their fertility cycles. I especially love working with single women.

I work in the Marriage Prep and Natural Family Planning office of the Diocese of Phoenix and have walked with a number of couples and women who have regular and irregular cycles.

In addition to teaching fertility awareness, I am a certified Mindset Coach through Metanoia Catholic and certified to teach Theology of the Body.
