I teach both FEMM (cert. 2020) and Billings Ovulation Method (cert. 2022). I am also an IAFHH Certified Functional Hormone Specialist (2022). I specialize in working with people who are avoiding pregnancy or charting for health.

The Billings Ovulation Method is particularly well suited to people in the postpartum and perimenopause phases, since we can help you identify infertile days even if you’re not ovulating regularly. My FEMM course is best for those who are in regular cycles OR who are looking for more education around cycle health. In my FEMM course, you also learn how to include basal body temperature and calculation rules in your charting practice.

When I’m not talking about/teaching fertility awareness, I enjoy playing the piano, spending time outside, and collecting house plants. I also homeschool my two children & volunteer my time in the local homeschool community. My core values mesh with both my teaching and parenting styles: honesty, connection, ongoing support, and continued learning. I will always be working to better myself as a teacher to give my best to my students.
