I’m a FAMM Certified Practitioner teaching women how to chart and interpret their cycles for birth control, fertility, and body literacy. I love nerding out on hormone health topics and when I’m not supporting clients, you can find me tooling around in nature or hammocking with a good book, often with a cup of Sweet&Spicy tea in hand. 🙂
