Greetings! I’m Caitlin. I’m a Fertility Awareness Educator & Functional Hormone Specialist.

In 2010 I stumbled upon a FAM book at a thrift store, bought it for 10 cents, started charting my cycles, and my life was forever changed for the better. I’m so happy to pass on this gift to you and help YOU become the person who knows your body best so you can have a lifetime of cycle understanding and hormone-free contraception through Fertility Awareness.

I’m also available to help you with issues like low hormones, long or irregular cycles, period pain, estrogen dominance, and other issues you may see on your charts or in your life. Together we will make a custom protocol to help you reach your desired outcome with your health, with continued chart reviews to help us track your progress.

As a musical theater actress, my teaching is embodied, fun, and upbeat. My teachings are highly visual and kinesthetic so you can feel the information land in your body. I strive to make the material as easy to understand and accessible as possible.
