Hi, I’m Crisia! I’m a fertility awareness educator (Billings Ovulation Method), and a fertility doula. As an educator I teach the Billings Ovulation Method, and I specialize in postpartum and preconception charts. As a fertility doula, I teach a custom charting approach to minimize charting anxiety while trying to conceive, while also providing emotional support along the way. I have a background in biology, with a BSc, MSc, and PhD in ecology. My science background gives me a solid basis for offering evidence-based education and care.

In my day-job, I am a biologist that specializes in supporting Indigenous communities in Canada to develop and lead their own Indigenous-led environmental monitoring programs. I also have two little kids that keep me busy, and I love hanging out with them every chance I get!
