I am a fertility awareness educator and I have completed my training with Marquette University for the Marquette Method. I am currently working on getting certified with the Marquette Method Professional Association. I have also been using the SymptoPro method myself for years and feel comfortable teaching this method as well. I have a passion for PCOS (as I am a PCOSer myself), those trying to conceive and those trying to avoid going on birth control.

I’m a Marquette Method of NFP Instructor trained by Marquette University. I formally teach the Marquette Method.

I’ve also personally charted the SymptoPro method since 2021 and took a SymptoPro course with a SymptoPro instructor in 2023 to learn the method. I feel comfortable sharing the SymptoPro method with friends and others in simple cases using the book ‘A Couple’s Guide to Fertility: SymptoPro Fertility Education’ as my guide. For more complex cases I teach the Marquette Method in line with my training as a Marquette Method of NFP Instructor.
