I’m a fertility awareness educator with a deeply holistic and integrative approach to women’s health. I see the menstrual cycle as a fifth vital sign and as a language of the body, one that, when learned, empowers women to reconnect with themselves, their intuition, and their long-term health. My work is rooted in the symptothermal method, with a strong focus on the Justisse approach, where charting becomes not only a tool for fertility management, but a reflection of overall wellbeing.
What makes me unique as an educator is the way I blend science, body literacy, movement, and cyclical living, shaped by having lived and studied in different parts of the world. I completed my undergraduate studies in Valencia, Spain, learned German while living in Konstanz, Germany, studied abroad in Innsbruck, Austria, and later took a course in Cambridge. Most recently, I completed a Master’s degree in Strategic Marketing and Communication in Madrid. These experiences have given me a deep sensitivity to different cultures and to the many ways women relate to their menstrual cycles across societies.
I’m especially passionate about supporting women who want to move away from hormonal contraception, prepare their bodies for a healthy pregnancy, or simply understand their cycles without fear or shame. Alongside my work in fertility awareness, I’m currently studying to become a food coach, and I teach Barre, dance, and functional training, because I believe movement and nourishment are essential pillars of hormonal and nervous system health.
My teaching style is warm, structured, and deeply supportive. I believe learning fertility awareness should feel safe, empowering, and accessible. Outside of teaching, I love movement, time in nature, cooking nourishing food, and creating ritual spaces that honor the seasons and the feminine cycle. I feel called to move through the world sharing this work, building bridges between knowledge, culture, and embodied wisdom.
