My name is Elly-Ann, and I believe that the menstrual cycle is a beautiful, incredible gift that deserves to be acknowledged and respected. Through learning FAM, we can start to better understand the inner workings of our reproductive system and hormones, in order to live a life more in-tune with ourselves.

I am based in the little island of Jersey, Channel Islands, but my teaching is open to anyone, anywhere via remote video call sessions and e-mail correspondence.
