Hi I’m Emmy, a Fertility Awareness Mastery Mentorship Certified Practitioner in practicum with the Fertility Awareness Mastery Mentorship Program through Fertility Friday. I’ve personally used Fertility Awareness Methods and charted my own cycles for over 6 years.

After many years working in a hospital, I have found my passion and purpose working with women in the areas of women’s wellness, women’s reproductive health, and fertility. My goal is to help women take back their bodily autonomy and be the experts of their bodies.

I’m in constant pursuit of learning and bringing more knowledge to my practice to achieve that goal. I see this process as a partnership, in which we will reflect together on the purposeful meaning of your concerns and work toward your desired well-being and outcome.
