I’m a fertility awareness educator passionate about making this life-changing knowledge accessible to as many women as possible. I initiated the Hebrew translation of Wild Power, believing deeply in the transformative power of reconnecting to our cyclical nature.

Alongside my teaching, I developed a unique cycle-tracking tool that complements traditional charting methods, offering a more holistic and visual connection to the rhythms of the body.

My work is deeply personal: I prioritize creating empowering, supportive relationships with my students. I see myself as a proud ambassador of fertility awareness, dreaming of the day when it steps out of its current niche and becomes a recognized, mainstream option for women everywhere.

For me, fertility awareness is far more than a method — it’s a profound tool for individual empowerment and collective healing. I believe that when a woman is truly connected to her body and cycle, she can show up in the world as her full, radiant self — and this is something our society deeply needs.

I teach primarily in Hebrew, integrating scientific knowledge and a deep respect for the the body and the feminine.
