Hey! I am passionate about working with folks in all stages. I came to the Fertility Awareness Method when I was working to heal my body and navigate adenomyosis. I am a mother of three daughters so I am well versed in the puberty, menarche, and teen stages. I am also uniquely post menopausal, so wherever you find yourself on your journey through womanhood and reproductive health I can meet you there. I am so excited to grow this work and bring greater body literacy and empowerment to my community.
