Hello! I’m Heather. I currently have three boys and am married to a wonderful man. Along with teaching Marquette, I balance part-time work at an outpatient clinic with mom duties, and cheering on my oldest at baseball or hockey games. When I’m not on the sidelines, you’ll often find me curled up with a good book and a cup of coffee or glass of wine.

My journey with the Marquette Method of Natural Family Planning began when my husband and I were preparing for our wedding. Navigating the various NFP options was overwhelming until I discovered Marquette. Its objectivity and healthcare professional-led approach instantly resonated with me.

Learning Marquette opened my eyes to the intricacies of my own body. It’s incredible how wonderfully our bodies are designed! I felt called to teach this method to empower other women and couples, guiding them through the ups and downs of their NFP journey.
