I’m a certified Sensiplan educator, passionate about helping women and couples understand their bodies through fertility awareness. My journey with charting began out of curiosity, but it quickly became a powerful tool for self-knowledge, body literacy, and informed decision-making. Seeing how this method transforms the way people relate to their cycles is what truly drives me.
I specialize in supporting women in different life stages—from young adults seeking to understand their cycles, to those navigating fertility challenges. My approach is science-based yet deeply personal, creating a space where learning is clear, practical, and empowering. I believe fertility awareness is for everyone, regardless of their goal—whether preventing pregnancy, trying to conceive, or simply connecting with their natural rhythms.
As an educator, I value patience, clarity, and a non-judgmental environment. My teaching style is interactive and adaptable to each person’s needs, ensuring that they feel confident and supported in their journey. I also encourage partner involvement, as fertility awareness can be a shared experience that strengthens relationships.
Beyond fertility awareness, I love exploring nature, reading, music and facilitating workshops that bring people together in meaningful conversations. I’m also a dance teacher, which has deepened my appreciation for movement and embodiment—two elements I believe are key in reconnecting with our natural rhythms. It’s a privilege to guide others in discovering the wisdom of their own bodies, and I’m grateful to be part of this journey with every client I meet.
