Hello, I am Irene and I come from Costa Rica. I am certified fertility awareness educator from FEMM. I am passionate about the menstrual cycle and hormones. I have PCOS and throughout FAM (Fertility Awareness Methods) I was able to fall in love again with my body and understand it better. My goal as a FAM educator is to empower women to understand their menstrual cycles and get in love with their bodies. I also encourage FAM teaching for couples trying to conceive as a practice that involves both men and women. I am a mother to a beautiful child and enjoy my time reading, doing pilates and doing outdoor activities with my family.
