I discovered fertility awareness when I had just entered a serious relationship, didn’t want to get pregnant, but was dissatisfied with the birth control options on the market. I was thrilled to find a practice that could let me cycle naturally and had no side effects or health risks. In my offerings, I take an approach that includes people who are vehement about not getting pregnant, all the way to people who are actively trying, and everyone in between. One of the benefits of working with me is that I help you personalize your fertility awareness practice to serve your unique fertility intentions- so you can reach that 99% effectiveness. I am also a certified Holistic Reproductive Health Practitioner, so I can support you in remedying underlying health issues causing uncomfortable symptoms. My recommendations always follow intuition-led, empowered and holistic approaches with diet and lifestyle. Based in California but I can work virtually anywhere!
